Art Commissions Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT- Commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
- Commissions are only in € Euro.
- Payment only through PayPal or Tikkie.- If you wish for commercial right to sell merch using my art, the fee will be 200% the original price. (Example: if the original commission is €50 = commercial commission €100 extra) However I still have copyrights over the art. ( Discuss with me beforehand if you know you want to sell merch etc. That will be very helpful!).
PROCESS- Once I received your payment, I begin to work on the sketches, I will send you updates and ask for your approval before I begin to work on the final art.
- Any modifications and adjustments must be done during the sketch stage before you approve the sketch.
- Major changes after the sketch has been approved, will subject to extra charges.
- Small adjustments during the final process is no problem.
- Commissions are for personal use only.- I retain the rights to use/submit the artwork for self-promotional or portfolio uses.
- Please let me know beforehand if you do not want me to work on your art live on stream (Twitch).- No refunds.
- You will receive twitch required sizes for emotes/badges in PNG file only.- Depending on things such as: complexity, amount of commissions and other work I have at the moment or any other issues. I will give you an estimate on how much time I think I need for your commission, and also if any delays will occur.- By commissioning me, you agree to all terms and conditions.
